From the black sand beach break of Piha in the North to the hop fields near Nelson in the South Aotearoa has inspired us to make this crisp but deliciously fruity Pilsner featuring Rakau hops.

West coast meets New Zealand Pilsner. A simple pilsner malt base with a touch of melanoidin malt for added biscuit character is fermented out very dry. Generous helpings of Rakau in the boil, whirlpool and dry hop brings apricot and tropical fruit tones to the aroma and flavour.
