Meringue O-Tang Lemon Sour

We've kettle soured a rich, shortcrust pastry inspired grain bill overnight to give citrus tartness, balanced by residual sugar from lactose for some dessert sweetness.

In the fermenter we've added a heap of lemon zest and juice and dry hopped with Citra for good measure to give a huge citrus kick.
