TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Bazaar runs every Saturday 11am – 3pm throughout the year.
Children’s Stall (13 & under) must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian at all times.
Copies of relevant Insurances & Registrations must be supplied prior to market day. 

SETUP/PACKDOWN
Set-up time 9am–11am (Please contact us if you need more time to set-up).
Pack-down time 3pm–4pm (pack-up must be complete by 4pm, as brewery prepares for the evenings events).
All clothing stalls must have racks to display clothing.

FEES/CANCELLATIONS
Stall fees to be paid in cash by/on market day.
Cancelling your booking by noon Tuesday prior to event allows other contributors ample time to prepare themselves to take your place, and is no cost to you. Unfortunately, you will incur a $50 late cancellation fee if you contact us after that time. 

HOUSEKEEPING
All rubbish produced by your stall must be taken with you upon departure.
Coinciding with the market, the brewery is open for patrons from noon onwards.   Toilets are available on site.
Power can be supplied to your stall upon prior request.
