Here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns and delivery details. We run a tight ship and use tracked Australia Post for our postage.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days (normally same day, unless we're too busy brewing). Once it's with postie (or in the van for locals), delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

How heavy's a can of fresh, independent, craft beer? Honestly, it varies on your order but shipping is calculated accurately at checkout based on your location.

Orders over $150 get free shipping, as if you needed an excuse to grab a few more.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yep. Yyour dispatch email will include an Australia Post tracking number. Track it at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.

What if I'm not home to receive it?

Because it's booze, Australia Post requires an adult (18+) to be present to sign for the delivery.

If no one's home, your parcel will be carded and held at your nearest Post Office for collection — it won't be left unattended. Bring your ID when you pick it up.

Returns

Can I return my product?

We don't accept change-of-mind returns on beer for legal reasons. Once it's left the brewery, we can't take it back for resale.

That said, we back our beer 100%, so if there's a genuine quality issue with your product, we want to know - It's rare, but it happens. If something seems off (unusual taste, damaged seal, or anything that doesn't seem right) shoot us an email with your issue to hello@bellsbeachbrewing.com.au and we'll take a look.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Get in touch within 48-hours of delivery at hello@bellsbeachbrewing.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods and packaging.

We'll get things sorted, no stress.

I received the wrong beers - what do I do?

That's on us. Email hello@bellsbeachbrewing.com.au with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll get the right gear to you ASAP.

We'll do our best to help before dispatch. Once your order is with Australia Post, we're unable to make changes.

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Hell yeah! Just enter your email in the sign up form at the bottom of this page, and you’ll be added to our subscription list.

Expect exclusive invites, new releases, promotional offers and pictures of dogs.

We hate spam too, so we won't bombard you.

Can I get branded cans or a wholesale order?

Do I need to be 18+ to order?

You bet your fake ID you do.

It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in Australia. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Valid photo ID will be required to receive your delivery.
