Inspired by the famous artwork The Great Wave Off Kanagawa this crisp, dry Japanese style rice lager is incredibly refreshing and refined.
Pilsner and flaked rice make up the malt bill which creates a very pale straw colour. Restrained use of New Zealand hops provide just a hint of citrus and melon.
