When life gives you lemons - make a lemon meringue beer! We like to monkey around with our sour recipes and this one is jammed full of lemon juice and zest, with added biscuit malt for crumbly pastry crust and lactose for a touch of dessert sweetness.
Whether you're snapping a layback off the lip of a wave, or just laying back at the beach you can't go past this delicious hazy pale ale!
Our exceptional hazy pale base is crafted from extra pale malt, oats and wheat for a silky smooth mouthfeel, then layered with coconut, lychee and pineapple flavours from a double dry hop of Vista, El Dorado and Topaz.
